Graduate Student Art and Photography Display - Spring 2026
The Graduate School invites submissions of artwork and photography by graduate students for the beautification of the building during the spring semester and beyond. Submissions are limited to three pieces (art and/or photography) per graduate student.

Theme
"Good Vibes"
The theme for this year’s photo contest is “Good Vibes”. The phrase “good vibes” refers to a positive, uplifting, and harmonious energy or feeling emitted by people, places, or situations. It signifies a comfortable, pleasant, and safe atmosphere that fosters joy and calmness. Share your photos and art that illustrate good vibes for graduate student life!
All submissions must be created or photographed by current graduate students. Submissions should include a short title and description/explanation of the entry.
Art
- Must be original work by a graduate student, presentable as a wall hanging, or displayed in the GLC display cases outside the Auditorium. We cannot display any perishable items.
- Use the online entry form to enter by midnight on Friday, March 13, 2026, and then your artwork can be dropped off to the Graduate School in GLC 120 with your name and the title of the artwork for each submission.
- Original artwork will be returned to the artist at the end of the display period if contact information has been provided. At the end of the display period, unclaimed artwork will become the property of the Graduate School.
Photography

- Current graduate students may submit up to three photos online. Selected photos will be printed and framed by the Graduate School and displayed in the GLC lobby and corridors from mid-March until October of 2026.
- Photos not selected for printing/framing may be displayed digitally in the GLC Lobby and/or on the Graduate School's web pages and Facebook page. Upload photos here
All Entries
- All entries must be created by current graduate students.
- Maximum three (3) entries (artwork and/or photos) per graduate student.
- Deadline is March 13, 2026 by midnight.
